ID AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be over 14 years of age to get pierced, selected piercings have separate age requirements.
Every client that gets pierced must have valid government issue ID (passport, drivers licence or citizens card) with them at reception regardless of age. For anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with ID for both parties and proof of relation (birth certificate ect).

Eyebrow - 16+ with parental consent under 18
Lip/Oral - 16+ with parental consent under 18
Navel - 16+
Septum - 16 +
Scaffold - 16+ with parental consent under 18
Surface/Dermals - 18+
Tougue - 16+ with parental consent under 18
Nipple - 18+
AFTERCARE
Our aftercare is always updated to the latest standards and vary between different piercings. Please find below the relevant aftercare sheet for your piercing.
We also have Neilmed piercing solution spray available to purchase at our piercing reception.
JEWELLERY
All of our piercing jewellery is implant grade titanium and we offer additional attachments and high quality 14k & 18k gold jewellery so you have a wide range to select from.
CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR
Our piercers want your experience to be as comfortable as possible and to create this environment we expect you to adhere to the following guidelines:
Only the client being pierced is allowed into the piercing booth with the exception of a legal parent or guardian if required.
No photography allowed while you are in the piercing booth.
Arrive sober -if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Any rudeness or abusive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
Our ID policy is a reflection of our insurances regulations, this is non-negotiable regardless of age.
CONSULTATIONS
Some piercings are not one size fits all, they are tailored to your specific anatomy. Therefore, in certain circumstances, you might not be able to have the piercing you originally chose - in this case, our piercers will help you select something else that will be safer and more suitable for you.
